Details continue to pour in for Nintendo's last Switch 2 release of the year, the Switch 2 Edition for Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
A new mode called "Heroes' Vault" was shown which sees the party attempt to defeat enemies and build a meter which can be expended for new skills or allies. The building is necessary in order to defeat bosses at the end of the road.
Additionally, a new hero named Shimmer will be available in the Switch 2 edition: she is an Attacker class hero with the Foresight ability.
