Disney Football is coming to the 'Cube... as in Disney Soccer.
At E3 2001 there were various "Disney Sports" advertisements teasing the attendees. Now known to be a series and not just one title, the Disney Sports franchise has been confirmed for the GameCube, though exclusivity is unknown. According to Gaming Age, Mickey and his friends will make their sporting debut on August 7th with Disney Football (that's Soccer to us Americans). Konami's involvement has been confirmed, but its role is still uncertain. More information should be available at this year's E3, but expect Disney Football to feature multi-player action with a cartoon twist.
