Yes, today is Valentine’s Day but that’s a silly post office holiday most gamers don’t give a hoot about. What’s really special about today is that PGC’s goofy young correspondent, Michael Cole has turned 18 today! To keep Michael apart from the myriad of other Mikes, we refer to him by his nickname, “TYP” which is short for The Younger Plumber. This nickname naturally refers to Mario’s younger brother, who is quite the hero for young Mr. Cole. Anyone who’s seen the E3 video can attest that TYP has quite the Luigi impression!

Michael Cole isn’t our most experienced staffer, but he’s learned a great deal since joining up. He works very hard and has proven himself to be a valuable addition to our ranks. So from all of us, to all of him, I’d like to wish Michael Cole a very happy birthday! The Younger Plumber is now a man! (And still as Nintendo addicted as all of us!)
