Reuters reports that the X-Box manufacturer is laying off 10,000 workers.
The Reuters report on Flextronics earnings report is anything but positive. Analysts expected earinings of 16 cents per share ... with Flextronics offering an estimate of 15-18 cents per share.
However, when final numbers came in, Flextronics sat at 15 cents/share ... not including charges. Once the charges were factored in, Flextronics reported a loss of 69 cents per diluted share. They made 10 cents/diluted share in the same quarter a year ago.
No word on how this will affect the manufacturing of Microsoft's console, or if any of the charges were related to it.
