Hey everybody!

Well, the headline says it all. The Planet GameCube E3 video is finally complete and should be in reproduction next week. I am very excited, very relieved and very exhausted. Getting this together has clearly been the biggest single project I have EVER been involved with… And it’s certainly taken some time to produce.

I apologize for the lack of progress updates recently or my inability to respond to each and every email concerning the video… For awhile there was a small holdup and the entire project looked doomed. There have been numerous small problems in getting this video all together but all of them are meaningless now—we pulled through it all and it is complete.

One of the biggest holdups I think stems from the fact none of us at PGC have ever done anything like this before. However, seeing the finished product come together makes me very proud. This is one great video, capturing the E3 experience, games galore and encounters with a handful of some of the most notorious people in the industry. (Shigeru Miyamoto, Yuji Naka, Denis Dyack, David Dienstbier and others…) Better yet, it’s quite a fun little documentary of the Planet GameCube staff “meeting” the GameCube for the first time.

I’m really tired, so more specific information about the video contents will be coming VERY soon. For now, I can tell you that there is lots of footage and that the CD/Videos will compliment each other very nicely.

There are also a couple important things:

1) For those who have pre-ordered the video: Your credit card has NOT been charged but will soon as we prepare to ship the videos out. This is your last chance to cancel. 2) For those who have not ordered but want to: We will begin accepting other forms of payment VERY shortly and will post information pertaining to that soon. To my knowledge, we will probably be accepting orders via check, money order and Pay Pal. Stay tuned for specifics & starting counting up your quarters and dimes!

Keep in mind that it will take about a week to make all the copies, and about 2 weeks to get them ready for shipping. We will keep you posted step-by-step on the progress of the video, how to purchase it and when it is shipping out.
