Nintendo gets wordy and we get a TON of info (finally).

IBM 400 MHz Copper Processor to Power Next Nintendo Game Machine

LOS ANGELES, CA (May 12, 1999) –IBM and Nintendo today announced a multi-year $1 billion technology agreement to support Nintendo’s next home video game console, code-named "Dolphin."

Word has just gone out across the wire in Japan as of this writing that Nintendo will ally closely with Matsushita to manufacture its next generation game system, targeted to forming digital networks worldwide.

IGN64 reports in the latest Famitsu there is N64 talk of Earth Bound 64, Super Mario RPG 2, Ura Zelda, Mario 64 2, and also something rumoring even more about Samus hitting the N2000! Take a gander:

Well actually I had only one. Are the NintendoNext's pics real? Personally I'm rather doubtful. Something smells like Angus fecal matter. I sent NintendoNext's webmaster an e-mail asking what the deal was. We shall see if we get any response. I'm waiting :)

More news about the new Game Boy Color 2 from Magic Box! Capcom is developing...

Capcom has confirmed that Nintendo is working on Gameboy Color 2, it will be capable to display a lot more colors on screen simultaneously with the new TFT screen display, and Nintendo is aiming to release GBC2 sometimes in the 2000.

After seeing the price drop on a DC to $228 (with game purchase) at Buyrite, I almost imported one. Not anymore. Even if you are just a bit curious about what the poop is on the US Dreamcast launch, Dreamcast.IGN has the scoop. Nice rhyme eh? The modem will be included in the box! Here's the skinny...
