During Friday's one-on-one interview with Shigeru Miyamoto, the legendary designer offered the interesting idea of Special Edition games.

During the Q&A session of the N'Gai Croal one-on-one with Shigeru Miyamoto, an audience member asked whether we'd ever see the rumored-to-be-nearly-complete Zelda 64DD or games that were released in Japan only in the other markets. Miyamoto answered that with the new medium, there's a possibility that we may see more previously Japan-only games in the U.S. as well as Special Editions of game. While that alone may not mean much, the fact that Animal Forest is known to be moving to GameCube provides a concrete example of what Miyamoto mentioned. Don't be surprised if other games get a similar treatment.
