Fight fight fight! Nintendo and WIPO fight for their right to...uh...GameCube.

"Timmy" buys GameCube.com. Nintendo crushes "Timmy". End of story. Well pretty much. Seems "Timmy" tried to sell the domain for $18,000. That's it? Timmy is a stupid bastard. Here's the juice.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has sided with Nintendo in an ongoing lawsuit to secure the rights to an Internet domain bearing the word 'GameCube.' Nintendo, which plans to use the name 'GameCube' for their next-generation videogame console, began the lawsuit after the current owner tried to auction off the Internet address for more than $18,000. The WIPO has since sided with Nintendo, citing the individual as 'clearly trying to take advantage of an established commercial trademark.'

**Note: "Timmy" is a fictional character.
