Hey, something to play on March 20.

November will be Doom-free this year.

In a statement today, Bethesda have confirmed that Doom 64 and Doom Eternal have both been delayed to next year. Doom 64 will release on Switch on March 20, 2020, while Doom Eternal's Switch version will release later in the year: the other console and PC versions of Doom Eternal will also release on March 20.

A code for Doom 64 is now a part of the preorder bonus for Doom Eternal as well. Bethesda cited quality concerns in the announcement, and confirmed that the Invasion multiplayer mode for Doom Eternal would come in a post-launch update: whether this extends to the Switch version is unknown at this time.

I'm okay with this, this fall is pretty packed.
