Xenoblade Chronicles X, previously referred to as simply X, is set to release on the Wii U in 2015. The game features an aesthetic similar to the Wii's Xenoblade Chronicles and allows players to battle in both large mechs and on foot. It will also feature an epic storyline with lots of spoken dialogue.

I wish they would have ended by saying "since it's not coming out till 2015 and many of you poor souls haven't yet played Xenoblade, we're releasing it on the eShop available at the end of this presentation for $30"
Boom done who would immediately go download it?

Visually and in tone it looks like anime Mass Effect.
Gameplay and structure wise it looks more closed to MMO -- with that skills bar at the bottom and overall very busy UI.
And unlike Mass Effect you're not confided in a linear corridor with invisible walls and can go anywhere.
