I'm having trouble downloading this on my Wii, why isn't it working?

Wow... I tried downloading this while waiting in line.... kept timing out. :(

I bet Nintendo is overloaded.

Word is that the update is over 1GB and takes about an hour.

and other updates for specific games such as CoD


so be prepared to update for close to 2hrs depending on what you plan on doing with your Wii U right out of the box.

if it takes about an hour for the updates then I'm screwed because it's gonna take twice that considering mine won't download..

my update is taking forever, over an hour so far. oh well

I'm stuck at 50%, keeps disconnecting

I did it last night in about 45 minutes. I took another 10 minutes to install.

Zombi U and Netflix did their own mini updates which I could skip.

Wii system transfer also took about a 45 minutes

i've been trying to do this since noon, i keep getting disconnected from the server. I'm at about 80% now..

nvermind, that download bar completed only for the gamepad to read "updating" and it's currently at 10%..
