Because it isn't just all about the launch you know!

At the end of the European Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo of Europe president Satoru Shibata showed a list with all the upcoming titles in the Wii U's launch window period.

The Wii U's launch window period will last until March 2013 and will feature a good variety of content. Of course, it doesn't showcase actually all the games for that period, but it does feature a notable amount of software.

Ubisoft titles Your Shape 2013, Just Dance 4 and Rabbids Land, which were previously teased for launch, will not make it if the list is to be believed. Other big games that are missing from launch are LEGO City: Undercover, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and Scribblenauts Unlimited. When exactly the games are going to be released remains uncertain for now.

Nope that is the changed name of P-1000. It is going to be a retail game as far as I can tell.

It's definitely retail, and they also listed Trine 2 which is a DL game. :(

The absence of Pikmin 3 really sucks. I probably wasn't going to purchase Wii U at launch anyway, but Pikmin 3 would have really tested my resolve. With Pikmin 3 not being a launch title, however, I will find it much easier to hold off on purchasing the system.
