Activition revealed a new character for the Skylanders series in the form of Chill, who will be the regular Water Element character new in Skylanders Giants.

Chill is a female humanoid character, sporting armor that looks quite similar to Mega Man's.

In total, there will be eight new regular Skylanders and eight new Giants, one for each element. Additionally, four of the new characters and four of the old characters from Spyro's Adventure will get LightCore versions (ones that light up). Lastly, there will be approximately 24 reposed Spyro's Adventure characters with added abilities. If you're a true Skylanders collector, there will be no less than 48 new figures to collect.
