The North American catalog adds two new rewards and announces plans to raise the price of others.

The North American Club Nintendo updated their rewards catalog today. Loyal Nintendo customers will now be able to redeem their points for a Super Mario T-shirt and shoelaces.

The Classic Super Mario T-shirt comes in four different sizes: small, medium, large, and extra-large. The T-shirt’s design includes eight sprites from the original Super Mario Bros. printed on a gray background. It will set you back 550 Club Nintendo coins. The Super Mario shoelaces come in two different sets. The first pair is white and has Mario power-ups printed on them, while the second is yellow and features different enemies from the Mario series. You can get both pairs of shoelaces for 300 coins.

In addition to the new rewards, Club Nintendo will also be raising the price on a few select items. Both the Mario and Zelda 3-Poster Series will change from 350 to 400 coins on December 1. The same will also happen to the Giant Mii AR Card, which will rise from 200 to 300 coins.

Besides the two G&W games, that T-shirt might be the next best thing.

Those are cool items to have, (the price or "coin" increase on somethe of thethe other items sucks though).

The shirt seems a little plain, otherwise I'd probably go for it.

I'm not really sure what's up with the point increase. My guess is that they were the most popular items, so Nintendo upped the pointage so they can produce a little less.
