I hope it doesn't suck, because I just replayed Sonic Heroes and it's atrocious. Unfortunately when I played Sonic Heroes the first time I was a little kid and I just thought that Sonic was awesome. But, replaying it now I can't believe I ever thought that games was good...

I remember renting Sonic Heroes from Gamefly, playing the first level, and then immediately putting it in the mail because of how much I disliked it and I'm a guy who really enjoyed Sonic Adventure 1 & 2. From my time spent with the 3DS version of Generations I can wholeheartedly say it is better than Sonic Heroes if that means anything.

If they are any good, get both. They have much different content.
