Splinter Cell heads to the GameCube GC

Tom Clancy and Ubi Soft have teamed up to bring stealth espionage to the GameCube.

In the year of 2003, Ubi Soft will release Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell on the Nintendo GameCube. In Splinter Cell players controls Sam Fisher, a member of the National Security Agency who must infiltrate secret organizations without leaving a trace. The game will be unveiled for the Xbox at E3 and release this year for the Xbox. Ubi Soft will release Splinter Cell on other systems, including the GameCube, in 2003.

Medal of Honor: Frontline Coming to GameCube GC

Electronic Arts has confirmed to several news outlets that Medal of Honor: Frontline will see release on Nintendo GameCube. Unfortunately, no other details have been divulged about the GC version. The PS2 version will hit shelves in June, so the GameCube version will most likely see release before the end of the year.

Majesco Teams Up With Cartoon Network

Guess how many GameCubes were sold in the UK in just two days? 75,000! Now guess which game sold the most, and it wasn't a Nintendo published title...

According to the latest NOE figures, the Nintendo GameCube has sold over 75,000 units in the UK during the first two days.

The best selling title for GameCube was Rogue Leader, with Luigi's Mansion, Super Monkey Ball and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle closely following. These four games also took the positions 2-5 in the All Format charts with 2002 Fifa World Cup as the top title selling on all 3 formats.
