Nintendo's first party 3DS titles perform well at the system's launch.

The sales numbers of the 3DS's Japanese launch titles have been revealed, courtesy of Media Create. Overall, six titles appeared on the list of the top 20 best-selling titles.

The best-selling title during the launch was Level 5's Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, which sold 119,591 copies, placing it at number three on the charts behind Phantasy Star Portable 2 for the PSP and SD Gundam G Generation: World, also for the PSP.

The second title to make it onto the list is Nintendogs + Cats, which sold 64,213 copies. Media Create lists all three versions of the game under the same number.

Following it is Samurai Warriors: Chronicles from Koei Tecmo, selling 49,327 copies during the week. Capcom's Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition moved 44,649 copies, with Ridge Racer 3D from Bandai Namco trailing at 38,226 copies sold.

The final 3DS title on the top 20 chart is Konami's Winning Eleven 3D Soccer, selling 24,556 copies.

I really do hope that this ends up being a good game. Professor Layton games have always been awesome!

Famitsu gave the game about the same score that they have the other 4 games in the series. I just wish we would get it soon, we probably won't get it until summer 2012.
