Talkback

KDR_11kDecember 14, 2009

Much better update than the one Europe got on Friday.

broodwarsDecember 14, 2009

Blaster Master was an instant download for me, though it's the only item on this list seemingly worth downloading.  I've played through the first two bosses, and unlike most NES games BM is still a good game (though a little cheap in some places where it seems impossible to avoid getting hit because it happens when enemies just appear in front of you).  In fact, I was a little surprised to see that the game features persistent enemies in a time when enemies always respawned when you walked too far in one direction.

BlackNMild2k1December 14, 2009

Is it just me or is everyones replies all text in this thread tiny in text size after the start of the game listings?

someone forget to put a   in the OP?

Hey now, Earthworm Jim 2 is arguably as good as the first one.

I will be downloading Blaster Master as soon as I get home!

Mop it upDecember 14, 2009

Didn't they say they added a few "easter eggs" to Blaster Master? I guess they didn't announce what those are, or did they not do that?

Is there any difference between the Genesis and Super NES version of Earthworm Jim 2?

From what i've been able to find, the Genesis version has an extra level and Jim has a few more phrases he says.

KDR_11kDecember 15, 2009

I got the PC version of EWJ2, found it too crazy and not very fun. There are only a handful of actual platforming stages, the rest is crazy minigames.
