Tomy Shows Off Two New Naruto Games at the Anime Expo

Believe in Naruto as he shows off his ninja skills in two new games for Wii and DS.

Tomy Corporation recently announced that they will show off two of the newest Naruto games at the Anime Expo in California, which started today and is running until July 5.

The first of these titles is Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja 3, a fighting game that pits the series' lead characters against each other in battles inspired by the storyline. It will feature over 40 fighting stages, nine of them making their debut in this title. The characters have also seen substantial upgrades in looks and new jutsu techniques. The game is set to be released this fall.

The second Naruto title is Naruto Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2, a 3-D fighter for the DS. It will include 34 playable characters, a brand new quest mode, and a storyline that covers the recent Naruto Shippuden saga. Ninja Destiny 2 is also scheduled to be released this fall.

Tomy will be showing off these titles in booth 103 of the Anime Expo.

Fans of Popular Animated Series Can Test Their Ninja Moves on Two New NARUTO Shippuden Titles for Wii and Nintendo DS at Booth #103

LOS ANGELES - July 1, 2009 - Consumer software and entertainment company TOMY Corporation announced today that it will offer fans the first opportunity to play its upcoming video games based on the popular NARUTO Shippuden animated series. The soon-to-be-released fighting games, NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 for Wii and NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 for Nintendo DS, will be playable at booth #103 at the 2009 Anime Expo in the Los Angeles Convention Center July 2-5.

TOMY Corporation will also be showcasing its latest released titles, including PANGYA: Fantasy Golf for PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, and NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 for Nintendo DS. As an added bonus, players who demo Pangya: Fantasy Golf for PSP will receive an exclusive Pangya collectable golf ball while supplies last.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is an exciting new fighting game based on the hit NARUTO Shippuden animated series from VIZ Media. Exclusively for Wii, the 3D fighting game features new and improved gameplay mechanics, a plethora of gameplay modes, and for the first time, Wi-Fi multiplayer capabilities. The game follows the storyline of NARUTO Shippuden and features more than 30 characters who have been upgraded with new looks and character-specific jutsu moves. The game offers more than 40 3D environments to choose from, including nine completely new stages.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is scheduled to release in fall 2009.

Also scheduled for release in fall 2009, NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 features fast-paced NARUTO Shippuden 3D fighting action with the addition of an all-new Quest Mode, 34 playable characters with special jutsu moves, and an all-new storyline covering more of the Shippuden story arc than any other NARUTO game. The title also features wireless multiplayer gameplay, offering NARUTO fans and newcomers to the series a competitive 3D fighting game on Nintendo DS. NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 is rated T by the ESRB.
