Actually, he's back for less.
Japanese gaming site Quiter is reporting that Capcom will be re-releasing Viewtiful Joe in Japan with some new content. The "upgraded" version will be known as Viewtiful Joe Popular Edition. The game will go on sale December 18th and will be price at 3,980 Yen ($36). The game will include a new easier difficulty mode titled "Suwito" (Sweet).

They've sold enough of the backstock to need to make more of them again.
Mostly in part to the $99 price drop, along with recent bundle deals, the GameCube has been selling like a storm in recent weeks, not just here in North America, but across the world as well. Before that, however, GameCubes were being backed up in warehouses, and because of that production of the system was stopped in January of this year.

Promotion of True Crime: Steets of LA is gearing up for next week's release. Before airing the commercials though, Activision has released them online through IFILM. The two trailers, titled Slug and It's Worse, are both 30 seconds long, featuring the same gameplay footage and different humorous openings. True Crime: Streets of LA hits GameCube and other consoles next Tuesday.

Even after watching this movie, the game still doesn't make much sense. But man, does it look amazing.
Capcom of Japan has updated their Killer7 website with a game trailer. This particular trailer just happens to be the one that was shown at TGS last month.
The trailer shows off how bloody and cel-shaded the game will turn out to be. There is a lot of shooting, a lot of killing, and a lot of blood being spilled, all in that shaded fashion. You can see all seven of the main character's "personalities" in motion as well.
