I can type at 129 wpm. ( thats my best anyway). My average is in the 80s.

Would I be really dorky if I were to argue against the legitimacy of this as a typing test?

I mean, what the heck... most of the fastest typists do so because they don't type each letter, they instead memorize common sequences.  This is dumb.

its good for practice I guess, but now that I realize, you are right, Ive memorized the sequences when typing not the letters. (not that Im an expert at typing or anything, just saying).
