They've done Nintendo system bundles in the past, but Humble is now getting into the direct game sales business.

Switch and 3DS titles can now be purchased on the Humble Store, which previously only sold standalone PC software. A percentage of the cost of each game will go to charity, with the option to add on more of a donation. The Humble Monthly subscription service will also allow for discounts, and players will receive codes that offer full My Nintendo gold credit.

Among the selection of games present are pre-release software like Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, full release games, Nintendo published eShop games like Snipperclips, 3DS Virtual Console software such as the Pokémon games, and even DLC such as the Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion.
