Nintendo has updated their Super Mario 25th Anniversary site with two new sections. The first is a History section in which players can read information regarding the 11 main Mario games, starting with Super Mario Bros. on the NES and ending with the recent Super Mario Galaxy 2. Each game is presented with a short gameplay clip.

The site's wallpaper section has also received an update with three new wallpapers. The final update is a new Iwata Asks column with Masayuki Uemura and Hiroshi Imanishi, two members of the development team behind the Mario series.
