Prize Radio Trivia at 9:30 CT
« on: December 09, 2004, 05:21:49 PM »
Don't miss a chance to win a Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and GameCube prize package tonight!

Planet GameCube has some Nintendo goodies to give, and we're kicking things off with a high stakes round of Radio Trivia!  Tonight's winner will snag a Nintendo GameCube bundle consisting of:

  • 1 Platinum GCN (U.S. Region)
  • 2 WaveBird controllers
  • 1 copy of Metroid Prime 2 Echoes (U.S. Region)

The basic http://www.planetgamecube.com/specials.cfm?action=profile&id=135">rules remain unchanged, but be sure you are familiar with them before the event starts!  Anyone (except PGC staff) may compete, regardless of age or location—unless you have won a prize from PGC in the last ninety days (as specified in the newly-amended rules).

As Radio Trivia regulars may already know, there is a limit of 30 standard listeners on our Live365 radio stream while broadcasting live. If you are serious about winning this prize, arrive early to claim your stream.  You may want to sign up for a Live365 Preferred Membership, which includes a free trial period, to be assured a spot. Of course, you can still snag bonus points in the chatroom without a radio stream.  The host (Michael "TYP" Cole) will start broadcasting at roughly 9:15 CT.

If Radio Trivia is not your strong suit, start preparing for next week's Team Trivia event, where two more of these great prize packages will be awarded for the victorious teammates.  PGC will post more details on the Team Trivia contest next week.

Not a fan of trivia?  No worries!  Planet GameCube has reserved another pair of prize packages for a seasonally-themed contest this month, which will be formally announced shortly.
