Ok iv been toying around with the idea of a made up language...its not real language nor is it meant to nessacarily be understandable. Essentially its vague langauge..kinda like ununderstandable hill billy or welsh/english talk...you can mix any language into the mix. Like spanish, or japanese, or german, or french...etc the point is its supposed to be based mroe on sylables rather then word meanings however you can derive meanign from clues. for instance.

ya peepza, wa din. Yo kan taz ye spreche zie neu langua. Ivo des spiele round ideas mit langua, na langua comprehendo, Essestan vagu langu, de mixte shista, welshe hillbilish. Mixt te up. Ya put ze nihon an spania, deutsche, oh franceez...etc me pointe, langua von sylible non meana clue get...ya

yeah anyways try see if we can comprehend le langua vagua!

My friends and I once made up a language to use in public to mess with people's heads.  It was just totally gobbly gook and we didn't have any clue what we were saying.  It was just used to bug people.  One of my friends would speak exclusively in a buzzing noise.

One thing I've also done is switch "the"s and "a"s.  So intead of saying "I'm going to the store to buy a loaf of bread." I would say "I'm going to a store to buy the loaf of bread."

My one friend is genuinely interested in languages. . . he's learning several (Spanish, Russian, Greek, Latin, maybe more) and is trying to create one of his own.  Very linguistic dude.  Plays as Mewtwo in Smash Bros. . .

Also, he and another friend of mine once spent about three days, while we were in public, speaking to each other in a made up language.  However, the "another friend" wasn't too skilled, and had a tendency to say "wabada" a whole lot.  Twas cool, though.  We like doing weird crap in public.

A good language I know is by putting "lf" after every syllable and repeating the syllable after the "lf." For example, "planet gamecube" would be plalfanelfet galfameculfube. Helfelolfo, goolfoodbylfye, whalfat's ulfup, etc. It works really well if both people know it, and others have no idea what you're saying.

Once my friends and I got into an elevator and pretended to speak like penguins. Boy did that get the people scared. They thought we had some sort of problem and got out as soon as they could.
