Hmmm, I'll check it out.
After those super cool Viewtiful Joe commercials, I'm ready for anything that comes out of those weird Japanese imaginations.

Holy hell Termin8, I hope you know your avatar is causing me much pain! Can't... Stop... The .... Laughter! ... Big nose... Happy face!... Looks... Like.. a ... Tent!

Welp, Wario Ware doesn't get much stranger. There's a nose picking mini-game, one where you have to aim eye drops in a giant eye, one where you have to put shorts on Wario...

Not to mention there's an ENTIRE stage FILLED with classic NES mini-games. The Zelda one involves those rusty old NES graphics, and you guiding Link to a door... The Metroid one has you blowing sh*t up for no reason...

You can also unlock full no time restricted games like Wario skip rope, or Skateboarding.. It'll be worth EVERY DAMN CENT! CLASSIC CRAZY NINTENDO GAMEPLAY!

WEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Mmmm, chockie overload.

I know, I saw that pic, and I was screaming "GRUG! It's GRUG!"
I showed my sister, and she was like "GRUG!"

I love that little blank smile of his.
The only book I remember was 'Grug Goes to the Park'. But even then the book is a blur to me.

I got to my local shopping centre after 10am, went into EB, and found the LAST copy of Skies of Arcadia Legends.
HURRAH!  I've got it!  So has PIAC and the rest of you don't!  Buhahahahaha...Okay, I'm being mean, but it made me a happy boy.  The EB staff told me they have been getting low shipments lately (which has been frustrating) and are hoping for more at the end of the week.

Anyway, I played it for about 40 minutes, and the game is very charming!  And Aika is cute.  Okay, I said it, I need to get out more.
When my mom got home, I gave the game to her to hide till after my exams.

BTW, Infernal, that axe story was sad.  Glad you came out okay.

Hey Termin8Anakin, your avatar is funny.  Heck, I believe I still have one of these books around my house.  Yeah, the one about the rainbow!  You have that one?

As for my exams, I have them on the 12th and 17th.  It'll be awhile before I get into Skies.  I want to finish OoT first and I'm up to the Ice Cavern.  I could lend it to Mario or someone else if they're interested, but it'll be $10 a day, and if you loose it, or I never get it back, add $200.

Hey, I'm trying to make a living here...

AiAi: I know that one!
Grug is trying to chase the rainbow or something, and he can't catch it, so he builds some crappy wooden one and puts it over his house, or hole, or something. I don't remember.
Ahhh Grug. What will you get up to next...?

Heh, I managed to score myself a factory sealed copy of Earthworm Jim on PC today, in it's original huge gigantic cardboard box thingy. i r teh massive Earthworm Jim fanboy, means alot to me

Best part was that it was only $4.99. We had a new junk shop open in the mall a few days back (you know, like Crazy Clints and all that crap), "Got a Fiver?" is the shops name, or something close to that extent. $5 for stuff! STUFF!

I was intending on keeping it in it's mint condition, but I read the back of the box and it proclaimed it had an all new CD quality soundtrack. I ripped the music, burnt it, and weee! It rocks

*Puts CD back in box, and wraps it in glad-wrap*

.. Good enough!

Hey, has anybody here seen the movie Old School? It looks hilarious!

Look, I'm rambling. I need to get some lunch or something. Yes, THAT'LL DO!

*Throws some barrels at the next door neighbours*

I use a nifty little program called CDex for my ripping/encoding needs. It's free, too, free is good!

You just open the program, whack the game disc/music CD in, and it'll automatically come up with the tracks on screen. You can go to settings and choose what bit rate you want the MP3's to end up as, or you can rip the music as WAV's, but they eat hard drives.

If you put in a game CD and it only comes up with one track, that means the music isn't encoded in redbook, and can't be ripped.

The program also lets you mess around with the bit rates of MP3's you already have laying around.

Weee!

I also use and recommend CDex. It's easy-to-use, with lots of cool tricks.
Like high bitrate rips? It's in there.
Want to make part of a song into a WAV file? Easy
Want the thing to make the ID3 tags itself, and stick them to its own directory? Pfft, just get it already.
Here's the link:
