Okay, that was one of his better ones, but he still isn't that bad.  I saw where I recognized him, too; a Wind Waker spoof comic that someone posted here before.

Finally, the mystery is solved!  So much research and investigation. . . but it was worth it. . . it was worth it.

He's pretty good.  They vary in quality, but a great deal of them are funny.  The expressions of the characters are best. . . Fox's, his face in the third to last panel, hysterical.  Yeah.
