Even if you don't want a body piercing or tattoo, it's a good idea to decide on one ahead of time in case you lose a bet or something

I had my hair cut a little shorter recently- now it's an inch or two above my shoulders, but all the way around (my bangs are just as long as the hair on the back of my head). My mom has super curly hair and my dad has very wavy hair- my hair is straight unless I grow it really, really long, then it starts to flip outward like Mary Tyler Moore.

Otherwise, though, it's straight.

I don't know what my hair would do if it got really long, but as it is now, and I find this odd, I usually get comments about how straight my hair is.

I used to get blond comments, and how beautiful it was, but either that stopped or they got bored of telling me. Now my hair is just approaching shoulder length, and very straight, starting to brown.

I should go bald. Everyone would probably stay a way from me and I'd find out who my true friends are, the ones that still hang around me. And it would be different.

Of course maybe I don't want to find out I have no true friends.

I hope I don't go bald. That'd be one of the few things I'd do to change my body permanently. . . is to get my hair back (on the offchance that I go bald). I like my hair a lot.

I know I have at least five great friends. Heck, that transcends friendship.

But yeah, we grew up around each other and were all similar to start, so we turned out to be really great friends.

i went bald about six weeks ago. i didn't feel like getting my hair cut so i tried doing it myself. Hours later i had a bald head. Aside from how awkward i looked and felt (seeing as how i usually have hair), i felt pretty sexy. i got a few compliments and various women wanted to touch my head. It's too much upkeep and i didn't like the way i look with it (i sorta have a cone head) so i let it grow back out.

One of these days i'll shave it again and become a megalomaniacal maniac hellbent on world domination. You'll all see.

I agree. I'm especially sick of seeing women with a rose on their ankle, with variances to thorns, etc. An example of a stupid tattoo: My friend and I had our sons within just a few months of each other. To celebrate motherhood she got a tattoo of a freakin' teddy bear holding a balloon on her upper thigh. In the balloon was her son's name. I will never forget the day a 33-year-old used the phrase WTF, proving once and for all age has nothing to do with personality.

Another thing about tattoos- depending on where you get them, they HURT, bony places especially (like the ankle). A friend of mine's brother is a tattoo artist and says a lot of people don't realise that the upper arm (a very popular spot for tattoos) is a pressure point and getting a tattoo applied there is a very painful process.

I grew my hair long once, down to my shoulders, but it was too much of a pain and all that. I just went back to shearing it all off and letting it get about 2 inches long again and shearing it off again. I soemtimes lighten the color of my hair, it's a dark red-brown so sometimes I enjoy and pale red or orange color. I want blue hair, but I don't think I would be able to have it and still have my job.

I don't want to go bald either. If I go bald, im shaving it all off, i'd rather not have a patch of hair. Or...I go have one of those hair transplant things...either or is cool with me.

I tried dying my hair blue a month ago...it didnt come out too good. You see, my hair is a dark-brown color...it barely showed. This time though..I got this blue dye stuff that has bleach in it (it SHOULD come out better.) Also, I'm only 15, so I still have time to experiment before I gotta get a job

I think dark purple hair on a guy is a turn on. Dark blue is hot too. For the "Tall or short?" thing, did you mean by height, or "Long or short?" for hair length? For height...hmmm...well I always thought short guys were "cute", but tall guys are hot. So I guess tall is better. But this is all just my opinion. Peroxide will lighten your hair up, since it is a bleach and easily available at that. If you want to speed the process up, soak your hair with peroxide, and use a hair dryer to dry your hair. and repeat. After a while your hair will start to lose it's color. Do it enough and you can become a blond.
