I guess because you are shooting FMV's (that thus look like real people). Germany should stop being so strict on games.

Apparently, Capcom is moving up the release date for Phoenix Wright: Justice for All a month early, so we'll be seeing it on WiiWare on February 15th instead of sometime in March.  Yay!   :D

Seriously? Who published this game? I thought it faded into obscurity because the company went out of business. I've been wanting to try this game out of curiosity, since it is a point-and-click adventure.

Kemco is still around somehow, i'm not sure how since Wikipedia says there last game released was in 2006. Maybe they get by on revenue from licensing fees and download sales? I think that is how Interplay is still around.

The big news though is that Europe actually LOST a Virtual Console this week. The Commodore 64 game "The Last Ninja 3" had a bug that would cause the game to crash after beating level 1. Nintendo told Commodore Gaming to release a patch over 6 months ago, but they still have not. In addition, some regulatory body in the UK  kept getting complaints. So Nintendo has pulled the game from the VC, refunded the 500 Wii Points to people who bought it, and disabled the game from those people's systems.

How did Nintendo disable copies of the game that already reside on users' systems?  Or do you mean they just made it so you couldn't redownload the game?
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!
