So why don't you make the rules very clear so that there is no more confusion

e.g.

1.) Thread must not be bumped until the exact time of the last post or later. (by exact, we mean to the second.)
2.) At the time of the bump, the first valid suggestion will be the new name.
3.) If you are to name the Funhouse after a forum member, they must be an active member of the community (preferably someone that actually post in the Funhouse)
4.) You cannot suggest your own name in the name change

Pale's the mod. He can create his own rules and change them accordingly whenever he pleases. He doesn't need our help.

First blank is a forumer's name that isn't the person giving the suggestion.
Second blank is an adjective (that doesn't break any forum rules)

This has to happen more than a month after the most recent post in this thread.

What isn't clear?

Notice how maxi's suggestion didn't follow the rules anyway?

I don't understand what you are saying there.

I read what you wrote as saying that if the first person to bump after a month suggests a title that breaks the rules, the next person to post can pick a title.

My point is that is only true if the next person to post is more than a month later again, as the person that suggested an incorrect title reset the "most recent post" rule.

2.) A valid suggestion must be made with the initial bump, otherwise see rule #1
3.) If you are to name the Funhouse after a forum member, they must be an active member of the community (preferably someone that actually post in the Funhouse)
4.) You cannot suggest your own name in the name change

Why is it not valid? Pale is an active member of the forums here. It uses one adjective and has Funhouse in the name. What is wrong with it?

I'm thinking that we should open another thread in the funhouse to discuss this so we don't keep pushing back the name change date.
