Do you guys dig holes in other peoples towns for fun? Vandalize each others village? Sounds awesome.

I have dug up stuff in other peoples towns, unless they ask me not to. I have never picked up flowers or chopped down trees though. I was pissed when someone at GameFAQs chopped down a bunch of fruit trees in my town, luckily they left the fruit though so I just re-planted them.

Seconded. Other than maybe one person, I wouldn't trust anyone on the GameTrailers forums farther than I can spit, and that's not very far. People here are cooler anyway than GT or GFAQ.

I only did it because turnips were at 600 bells in my town and saw it was easy money to let people in and charge them 99K per trip. I ended up making like 4 million bells, I think it was just 1 person who did it.

Don't waste time with Gracie, her shop starts selling out of items several weeks before they change. I got screwed out of some winter items because about 3 weeks before the spring switch she was out of several items.

Too late. I already got the wallpaper and carpet, so I might as well finish it up.

I believe Gracie changes the line-up every three months or so, with the last few weeks of the 3rd month being a fire sale. Since they had the new line up in May, I figure August is when they're going to change up again. Ohh its going to take some bells, but I sure as hell going to try...

Its all about luck/timing. My luck has it they every time I buy turnips, the best I get is 10% return rate. When I don't have turnips, its anywhere from 50-200%... :'(

I didn't mean don't buy stuff from her, I meant to say don't waste time waiting to buy stuff. But stuff from her as soon as you can afford it. Luckily her summer stuff isn't too bad. The most expensive item in the Gracie Series (which is the summer set) is 240K. Her winter set is more expensive.

LOL, the turnip black market seems brutal.

I may be on in a little bit for a short while. If anyone wants to chill. I can't use the mic because everyone else is a sleep in the house. I'm thinking I need to rework my schedule if I want to use it without disturbing others in my house. Maybe shoot for early afternoons/evenings when I'm not working or something.

I never deal with turnips because there's no way I'm getting out of bed before noon on a Sunday. That's just not right.

If you wanted to play with me, on weekdays I get home from work a little after 5PM, which would be 2PM for you. Would around that time work?

After the 23rd I could do that. Then the stores could be open for us to go visit. I need to get my Mii mask some time.

It was fun visiting Maxi's town. He has lots of bugs, fish and dinosaurs. I caught a bug too. Thanks Maxi :)

Well I won my fishing tourney. After I posted the above post I looked for people online and noticed I had 15 mins before the tourney was over.So I fished up a 22 inch Black Bass.I won by 1.5 inches.

I'm not really doing anything so let me know if you open your gates or want my gates open.

I wish I had saw this earlier. Nook closes at 9PM in my town. The only thing you could really do in mine right now is fish or check out the museum.

I lost my contest by 0.3 inches. It was a Sea Bass contest. I had a 40.7 inch one, the winner was Stitches with a 41 inch one.
