Maybe it means this is the final starting roster; that would be my best guess.

What, why do people still call Sheik a man.  In the update they even say SHE!!!

Look at the character model, you and tell it is Zelda's hair wrapped up.  You can even tell in the model that she probably has breasts.  Possibly wrapped up ala Shakespeare in Love but still.

Sheik is a woman disguised as a man, so there's always some confusion in using pronouns.

The update didn't have the usual humor the dojo has, and the lack of a "new challenger aproaching!" made me believe at first Sheik was an assist trophy.  Now since in Ocarina Sheik transforms into Zelda through magic instead of just taking off the mask and cloths I still believe Sheik is male, or at least genderless, Zelda's body is completely different while in Sheik's form.

It would've been cooler a cloaked Zelda from TP (it even had the sheikah symbol and everything) instead of Sheik now that I think about it, but I'll live, and the sheik model looks great.

Interesting but not suprising. Sheik is better than Tetra, right?

Hell no, Tetra would have been awesome. Attacking with a pirate sword, bombs, cannons is infinitively better than sheik and her move set

Well, the "Warning Challenger Approaching!" thingy is only for new comers, so Sheik not having it makes sense.

I'm just posting to applaud Bill on his efforts with the updates to the OP.
If you were doing that with the last thread, then I'm sorry I missed it, and wish I had checked more often.
I might of actually kept up to date with all the updates had I known.

Seems when ever we get a delay, we get a nice character to calm us(you) down. Im not sure if we settled this a while ago, but I believe Yoshis mid air down special is to ride someones back. In 3 photos he is the only one i've seen do that. But in any of the vidoes has anyone notice him do his Yoshi Bomb from mid air?If not then I think im on to something.

They couldn't put them up until Zelda's down-B was confirmed, I assume.

No problem, that's why it's there...It's nice to have in case you don't feel like searching through the entire Dojo for a specific update...

Around 4:30 in this video, you can see Yoshi just drop onto Mario's head without using the Yoshi Bomb...

I'm honestly hoping that those little tables are there so that when new characters come out there won't be extra updates for move sets. There's also the fact that not all of the characters' moves were posted on the site, even some characters had moves missing, and all the moves were in Famitsu apparently.

I'm betting Olimar's "End of Day" is getting into his ship while the enemies from Pikmin ravage the stage and remaining players. Just a hunch.

Well the nice thing about Sheik is it means Captain Falcon will be showing up soon.  We have nearly all of Melee's starters on the site now.  Since Lucas is representing Mother we don't need to see Ness, but since there's no one representing F-Zero yet, that means the only person left to show is the Captain himself.

Looks like I was right:
]
New commercial.

Olimar flies up in his ship at the end and bulborbs attack the stage.

I'd guess we're looking at the footstool jump in action.

Nah, the footstool jump results in a player bouncing directly off another...Yoshi has been the only one I've personally seen in any clip actually riding on top of someone's head...

Unless I'm mistaken, this looks to be the most useful FS I've seen so far.

It looks like guaranteed, unavoidable damage. True, no kills, but still, a lot of FSes don't offer kills, either.

You know what? Olimar has gotten better treatment that the rest of the Smash crew. Why? In just a matter of days Olimar was unveiled, his song was revealed, his moveset was unveiled in a day, the Pikmin stage was shown off and now we got Olimar's final smash.

But we have yet to see Sonic's stage and poor Zelda doesn't even have her moveset up! And she's been in the site for months now!
