My GF wanted the game but there just ain't no room in our living room for it.

I'm against buying extra peripherals because I still have a set of four bongos from DKonga...

I have five sets.
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

I've played through the first 2 sets now (all 5 stars aside from Mississippi Queen) on Expert now and was pleased to find that although you play the bassline (unless Brian Bell has an almost-inaudible guitar part that I've never noticed in my 13 years of listening to that song) in the first verse on Say it Ain't So, you play the guitar on the second verse...5 stars on that one too. It's a little too easy, but I guess this game was more catered to multiplayer than really concentrating on the (easy) guitar. I'm still probably gonna pass on the (beautiful) guitar since I have 2 already, and you can't use the RockBand guitar on Guitar Hero 2 or 3.

I take it all back! I just got my ass handed to me on a golden platter by the Metallica pack (DLC). I got destroyed 3 songs in a row (Ride the Lightning/Blackened/...and Justice for All), though it was awesome for me. I kicked ass in each song until the solo, then flailed around like a moron. Greatest DLC pack of all time.

this game makes me wish i had a 360, if only just for the drums. i dont have the space in my apt for a real drum set and even though elec. drums take up less space their waaaaayyyy to expensive. i

'm not that big of a fan for these guitar games since i play a real guitar and when playing with those tiny plastic things i actually lose my finger placement on the fret board because i'll instinctively try to reach for the 6th string or go to far up the fretboard to hit a note. the drums though, i'd love to give that a try.. especiallly now that i know it DOES have a kick pedal. too bad im not willing to spend the money on the game and a new console to play it on.

i'll be pretty surprised to see if rock band actually outsells gh3.. but im just basing that on the fact that you need a 360 or ps3 to play it, where as gh3 is available on four different consoles, so there a larger potential for sales there.

EASYCURE: I remember thinking(don't ask me why) this was a blond haired, blue eyed, chiseled athlete. Like he looked like Seigfried before he became Nightmare.

Got back from Sklens' place a little while ago; had the whole four-piece band going. We all had a pretty rocking time, so I suppose this game is a success.
