There's a new stage pictured, too, I think. Take a look and see if you can't tell where the top right picture is from. I can't place it, but it looks like something we saw out of the Space Emissary mode, except they're fighting Link, which probably wouldn't happen in this version of Adventure mode.

Edit: I'm gonna call it, I think that stage is a Pikmin level.

This update also gives me fear that some of Melee's infamous characters might return.

I hope they update the Ice Climbers, like better AI for Nana and better attacks.

I was honestly hoping the Rice Climbers would be gone this time, but their return does make it appear more likely that other Melee that I actually like will be returning.

Theres a little weird icon right over Link's head and its not part of the big snowflake the Ice Climbers are making

Is that a familiar icon to anyone? cause I'm not recognizing it right off the bat. I know, I know, over speculating I guess. Just wondering if anyone knew anything I didn't

That's part of the snowflake pattern of the Ice Climbers' attack.

Edit: I take that back. The picture wouldn't load, so I was going from memory. I still think it's just an artifact of that attack, though.

I love the Ice Climbers and I am really glad to see their return. They are one of the most unique combatants in the game, and love them or hate them they provide a great challenge to play with, and against.

With this update I have taken the liberty of also confirming Luigi and Captain Falcon in the official character list, because if Ice Climbers are returning definitely both Luigi and Falcon are returning for another bout.

This means that we should take Brawl rumors and Sakurai's words with a grain of salt as they did say that the Ice Climbers would get the axe.

But Sakurai never said that the Ice Climbers would get the boot...He only said "some characters" would, which I personally take to mean the clones...
