You can't hermit crab something you DON'T like.

The point of hermit crabbing is to viciously and angrily defend something that YOU like but no one ELSE likes/knows much about.

What a surprise. Pap64's thread is going down so Smash_Brother has to rush to protect his friend. And how is he going to do that? By arguing about semantics. Looks like someone is hermit-crabbing their own hermit-crapping idea. Well guess what, no one is listening.

And if you want my advice, (and you always do), I'd stay away from Pap64 for the moment. He's the new Micheal Richards. But maybe that's why you decided to post in this thread. To get away from being associated with that sinking thread.

Looks like Smash_Brother decided not to take my advice and instead joined Pap64 in sling racial slurs around.

Clearly, this is the saddest day in Nintendo World Reports short history. In an effort to get more posters to their thread, Smash an Pap are playing the Xenophobic and Race cards. Guys. It's just a thread with 13 posts. And more than half of the posts are yours. That's also sad in a way. You have to keep posting in your thread over and over again to keep people interested in it.

What happened to the game? Won't someone please think of the game who's discussion is being trampled on?
I for one hope this Doogie Howser game takes the world by storm. Don't quite understand the singing part about it yet. I guess it is one of the casualties of this sad war.

Actually, I poked fun at Pap in that thread. Had you bothered to read it, you might have known that.

And, by my own definition, I'm not hermit crabbing. In order to do so, it would require that I launch a personal attack upon you, which I am under no circumstances doing.

Incorrect.

Pap, being Puerto Rican, is protected by the same rulesets as Carlos Mencia and George Lopez: both can poke fun at all other races so long as they likewise poke fun at their own and it's generally considered in good fun. Pap will be the first to call himself an angry, knife-toting Puerto Rican.

That, and I'm quite certain BNM wouldn't be incensed by something so trivial.

On behalf of this board, I offer my heartfelt condolances and regret over all that BlacknMild2k1 has had to suffer through today. Not just him but also the 2 billion Asians who were also greatly offended by today's event.

But there is more that we can do than just express regret over what has happened today. We can rise up. We can a take a stand and say, I don't appreciate what your doing over there in that thread.

Also, it is possible to hermit-crab about hating something. It happens all the time. It's cool to hate popular things. I, for example, hate Khushre-whatever because he must be popular. Just look at how many posts he has in this thread. Someone who loves to hear himself talk so much must be very popular. Anyone who likes Khu-what's-his-name is just a mainstream-following sheep, a lemming leaping off the cliff of mediocrity. Unless everyone hates him. Then he's sort of okay, and you're all poseurs.
