Best Buy has a few good deals this week.  Sign up for it's gaming mag (Gamer) for $15 a you'll get $100 coupons each month, this month's March has some killer deals.

Batman AC (Xbox 360 or PS3)is on sale for $30 this week but with the march $20 off coupon the game is just $10.
Rage or Mass Effect 2 (PS3/Xbox 360) for $5 after $15 coupon.

So far the coupons are only good at stores though, and the mag itself is garbage but I guess there might be an article or two worth reading.

Also for March you'll get an $10 off used game coupon on any used game $19.99+.  Haven't used it yet, hopefully I can find UMvC 3 used.

I am sure it varies by store, but the Best Buy I go to usually never has more than 10 total used games (and people complain about GameStop, but BB's used games don't save you much money either).

That used to my case as well, but I was suprised today but the new section they had for used games.  I guess the releaized the profit in it and started to expand.  While it doesn't compare to GS I did find quite a few deals in various rates.  Best Buy has the newest pre-owned games for $44 which is $11 cheaper than GS most of the time. 

But in reality the only time I buy used is during the buy 2 get 1 free sales.

Just an heads up for everyone that Amazon is having video game deals all day today, so keep an eye on that becasue every few hours there will be a new deal. Right now at the moment the lightning deal is Army corps of Hell for the PS Pita, so those who have a Pita may want to check that out.

Gold Box used to be an killer way to save money but so far this year's deals have been awful.  Take today's example, Borderlands GOTY edition for $20?  Bought it new from Amazon over an year ago for $10.  Last year they had much better deals (usually 75% off) but these deals were 33% at the most.

Anyone tried Riviera or Knights in the Nightmare?  I'm thinking about perhaps picking 1 or both of those up off PSN.  I tried Yygdra Union when it was on DS and really didn't like it, so I'm only interested in those 2.  As for the Persona games, my experience with the Persona 1 remake pretty much turns me off of the Persona 2 remake, and I already own the PS2 FES version of Persona 3 so I'm good there.

I completely agree. Last year and especially during the holidays they had really awesome deals, but ever since this year started its just been fitness or casual stuff I'm not interested in. I figured during January that stuff was because people were making new year's resolutions to lose weight, but we are now at the end of March and yet the cool game deals still haven't really come.

Yeah, no kidding.  Assassin's Creed Revelations for $20 might be too tempting for me, my only barrier to getting it for $20 being that I just don't see where I have the time.  I'm already halfway into the 100+ hour long Tales of Graces F, and I still need to finish Skyrim and Xenoblade as well.  I don't know where I can find the time for a 50+ hour Open World game like that.  Plus, everything I've read seems to indicate that there's really no harm in sitting out this one and rejoining the franchise with AC3.

Mortal Kombat Komplete is going to take some contemplation.  I'm really not good at the game, but that SP Story mode is fantastic and the price is right.
