The Ultimate Spiderman, I'm Stuck

I need some help unlocking the wrestling costume.  I've got more than 30 tokens and 30 city events, but there are still no costumes in the unlockable section.  Is there something else I have to do?  I've searched everywhere on the web and haven't found anything.
