Star Fox Adventures, the sequel to 1997's Star Fox 64 and the canonical follow up to this year's Star Fox for Switch 2, launches on the Nintendo Switch Online service today. The NSO version supports 16:9 widescreen and a resolution bump up to 900p from the original 480p.

Star Fox Adventures originally released on the Gamecube in 2002 and was given an 8/10 by two different NWR reviewers. It was Rare's final home console title to release on a Nintendo platform before they were purchased by Microsoft.

I thought that they might release Assault first, since it has more traditional Star Fox gameplay. Coincidentally I just played this a few months ago... oh well!
