Citizen Zero

has anyone heard of this title to be made for the XBOX?

using an engine called Big World used to allow hundres of thousands (possibly millions) of people on the net play the same game seamlessly (if thats even possible)  Citizen Zero (or maybe its 0) is meant to be a huge online game with you making your player advancing him/her the way you want than creating your own goals with human interaction at the forefront.

Its being developed at MicroForte in Sydney, Australia...anyone know how far along it is or anything?

i have no idea.
i hate these games that aim to be life simulators. I'm not too keen on wanting the most realistic virtual life possible. Animal Crossing is sort of like one of these, but at least it doesn't aim to be realistic.
What happens to your real life when you finally create your dream virtual life?
Man. Don't take this the wrong way though.

Next to nothing is known about Citizen Zero except that it is a MMORPG that was originally meant for PC, but now is XBox only.  You can check the official site here but there really is nothing there except the official forums... oh, and this.

well the reason i mention it is because the first time i ever heard the words internet and gaming put together this was the concept i imagined....like when you were a kid and you went out with your friends to explore the world and instead of the fun being presented to you with rules and objectives you went out and made your own rules and objectives...a world to explore and create  your future rather than the dependant day in day out society that we live in....

well until thats done i guess i'll have to keep on drifting and creating havoc where i go

read the history of the internet reguarding everquest, it goes something along the lines of 'people leave their boring repetative lives and start boring repetative lives online'

hehehe
