I get how that would be useful, but I'm guessing that the specifics aren't going to be immediately useful to the majority of people, and I'm also guessing that they're trying to sidestep complaint fodder "they nerfed my main!" and the like. It's like when they had updates to patch out certain hacks in system firmware. You don't want to directly tell people that you're closing this problem gap because you'd be sending users a negative message, not a positive one, "Hey, we improved performance on the backend!"
