Unfortunately, unless Florida is a 1 strike state, he probably won't see more than an overnight stay (I only read the headline) and then be released in the morning for a follow up court date in 4-8 months.
At point he will have license suspended and be on probation for no less than 1 year.

But if it was alcohol, then he could have his license suspended till he is 21 for underage drinking and reckless driving which would see him to a likely 2-4yr probation period.

So he was already on a suspended, which will certainly get him an additional 1 year at minimum depending on why it was suspended in the first place, and he was resisting arrest..... ontop of admitting drug and alcohol use.... hmm. his lawyer will make sure he serves no time, but he will get lots of community service and a hefty fine.

Suspending a license isn't as much of a punishment for someone who has millions of dollars and can easily afford to pay someone to drive for him.

I think it is funny when teen girls correct me on the pronunciation of his name like he is their significant-other. I then pity the boys of that generation because of the expectations this guy is setting for the girls of their generation.

It's hard to judge him, he's just a kid. I'm sure we've all done stupid ****, but this kid does in the the public spotlight. Everything he has done since he's been like 12 has been world news, I don't anyone on NWR can relate to that. Except maybe Khush, that guy's a pretty big deal.

He is a legal adult, NOT a kid. We need to make adults deal with the consequences of their actions. We have a generation of children in adult bodies. Doesn't help that his dad took him out drinking after he was released.

Sure, but the fact that I can't find a media outlet that doesn't have an opinion on this is ridiculous. I mean we have a whole fucking thread on it. Find me another 19 year old that this would happen to? This is blown way out of proportion.

Yeah. One of the news stations ditched a live interview with a senator explaining US spying techniques to go live to the release of this guy. Shows the priorities my country holds.

I agree with Dasmos. There are some pretty irresponsible things I've done even well past his age. Can't imagine being the focal point of everyone's opinions, good or bad. I'm not sure how I would even handle it. Who knows? I might piss in a mop bucket and yell "F*ck, Bill Clinton!'

Would that be before or after you spit on a group of girls below your balcony, speeding down the city streets of Dubai in your rented lamborghini and letting one of your boys go to jail for possession of coke because you needed to throw eggs at your neighbors house because he repeatedly complained about the same behavior as described above along with constant loud parties at all hours of day and night?
