Joking aside, I think preparing a schedule helps a great deal.
I moved house back in September and I used the opportunity to get familiar with the area to start running. It's very easy to do nothing, but if you set yourself goals and a routine then it becomes part of your day to day. I just set myself a modest goal of running 3 days a week and of doing excercises in the morning and afternoon. I'm not the most attentive when it comes to these sorts of things, but simply by setting down a base goal for myself I've found it much easier to get motivated.
I've done similar things before when I want to read more, or practice guitar or even play video games that have been sitting there for longer than I'd like. The problem for me is never actually doing the thing that I'm procrastinating about, it's getting started. Once started I usually relax and try and enjoy it. A routine just helps me motivate myself to get started.
