Let it be known, that from this date forward, I, Michael Haggar, do permit the corporal punishment to persons and individuals who commit crimes within Metro City limits, including, but not limited to, theft, assault, murder, gang activity, computer haxoring, kidnapping, indecent exposure, double parking, manslaughter, public urination, loitering, vehicular assault, public intoxication, being in the presence of barrels and stacks of tires in groups larger than two, breaking and entering, jaywalking, not wearing a seatbelt, skateboarding, mischief regarding the hiding of hammers, hats, pipes, knives, roasts and similiar objects within the confines of barrels, crates, and tires. Such persons are liable as follows:
A) Corporal Punishment as subjected by one Mayor Michael Haggar, including, but not limited to, beatings about the face and torso until the counsel is satisfied, or until such persons blink out of existence.

B) Corporal Punishment as subjected by one Mayor Michael Haggar by means of pipe, sword, knife, plank of wood, or thrown criminal miscreant.

C) Corporal Punishment as subjected by one Mayor Michael Haggar by means of being kicked through a goddamn 40th story window.

The Mayor's Office Urges all citizens of Metro City to recognize these ordinances and to participate appropriately in its observance.
