First, Four Swords... next... Mario Bros.?
« on: October 01, 2011, 10:40:49 PM »
Dear Nintendo: Thank you for Four Swords.  It was pretty frickin' awesome for you to just give us that.  Granted, I would have loved an online mode, but let's be honest, I would have bought it without one.

But, next up - please consider a re-release of the Game Boy Advance/Super Mario Advance series version of Mario Bros. Classic.  The 4-player mode in this was a blast - and since the game is pretty basic, putting an on-line play mode in it should be pretty easy.  I'll even help play test for you. :D

Hopefully, it will just be included in Super Mario Advance 3. I guess that doesn't help DSi/non-Ambassadors though. Or online desires.

I didn't think any multi-player features were confirmed for GBA titles...  but yeah, the lack of the ability to play with DSi owners (or myself x4) would be a drawback as well.

Actually, that is part of the reason behind getting them later. I thought that it was confirmed that GBA would have multiplayer. I'm on the hunt for a source.

Mario Bros. on the NES was a fun co-op game, I wouldn't mind having an online version of it. Too bad that the 25th Mario anniversary has already passed, and gave us something lamer than Zelda's did.
