Picked up a 6 pack of Anderson Valley Brewing Co. Summer Solstice Beer (I know it's fall already) at Bev Mo!  It was great, and even non-beer drinkers will like it since it's not bitter or hoppy or anything people usually complain about.  The label mentions there is a winter solstice beer as well, hope to check that one out.

Note: Not sure if it's available outside of Northern CA.

It's easy to stomach lite beer; it doesn't really have a taste, so it doesn't really taste bad.
Though that's generally true, there are still some that somehow manage to taste like mud, such as Bud Light and Natural Light.

Had a Lobster Lovers Beer with lunch today. It's a great Lithuanian beer that pairs well with meals (especially sandwiches, chicken and the like). For those of you who don't like the bite of a stronger beer, get the Blue Label version. It's got a great estery taste and goes down smooth.

To help me endure the horrible book I had to read last night, I was drinking Glenlivet 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. I'm not a connoisseur of scotch like I am with beer, but I thought it was pretty damn good.

I can't stand beer, every brand I have tried tastes nasty (especially Heineken, tastes like piss). I am not much of a drinker, although I do like a Blue Sapphire (1 oz. of  Blue Curacao and 7 Oz. of cranberry juice).

Hate all forms of alchohol! Got drunk for the first time, said something I shouldn't have said and now i'm paying for it. Can't wait to look back on this post and go "that wasn't nearly as bad as I thought"

I don't usually like to get drunk (save for special occasions such as the upcoming New Year's); I drink this stuff because I like how it tastes. If they made non-alcoholic beer as good as the stuff my snobbish taste likes, I'd drink it.

My wife is fun only when she's drunk. I got her drunk last night on rum and pepsi (she don't like coke). We had fun :D

Right now I'm drinking a Phin & Matt's Extraordinary Ale, probably my second favorite Southern Tier beer. Later tonight I intend to go out and get some more beer for the holidays, and I'm planning on picking up a six pack of Great Lakes Brewing Company's Burning River Pale Ale, which I had while doing some Christmas shopping at the restaurant/bar at the mall that I found out has a surprisingly good beer selection.

Wow. I want one. I'd like to get a close look at the cups. How can it go in the bottom?

What if it was a better type of beer? I personally would only stock mine with quality local brews. I hate the big name crap.

It'd still be plastic cups, which are just wrong.

True. Maybe they will come up with some real glasses that have the bottom filling tech? I'd like to try and get it in my store some day (when I get my own restaurant) but I would never serve customers in plastic cups.

I hate it when you're at a bar or shitty restaurant like TGI Friday's and the bartender does dumb ass stuff like tap the keg before the glass is under it and then let the glass overflow and stuff like that. Pouring beer from a tap (properly) is incredibly easy, but they always do stupid "tricks" and **** it up.

This product makes it har to not pour a perfect beer.

http://www.grinonindustries.com/mag.htm

the tech is pretty simple too, but be careful where you set your cup down when it's full.
