no you got it backwards... (I guess explanation was necessary)

votes were for Kytim, not Chozo
Chozo was making fun of Kytim, Kytim didn't get it and called him a "dumbass"
but since Chozo was mocking Kytim, it was kinda Kytim calling himself a "dumbass".
