« on: May 08, 2008, 03:00:16 PM »
The Lego series of games has finished it's Star Wars run and has moved onto another classic; Indiana Jones.   So here is some quick footage, with some cinema stuff and some game play.

I'm excited. I happen to love these games, the current release date is
US: June 3, 2008.

If I were to wager a guess E.T. Star Wars isn't far off ;)

Rockstar North's next project is going to be Lego Hostel Part II.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

IGN showed box art for Lego Batman and Robin a while back.  Was that for real?  I haven't heard anything about it since.

Yeah, that's real.  I've seen several screen shots pop up on GoNintendo over the past few weeks.

Problem is these new LEGO games look as repetitive as the first two. LEGO Star Wars was great, but LEGO Star Wars II improved on absolutely nothing in the first game, while elongating the experience. These games need a gameplay overhaul to match the cool graphical concept.
