hpv is a common virus, many people have it, and it doesnt always relate to genital wars. That guy has a combination of hpv and an immunodeficiency.  Thisi s one of those cases where it shows how people see themselves as a single unit. They call this unit a person they say it has a soul, but as we can see human being examined on the microscopic level are actually billions of cells. They usually work together to form a unit, but if something goes wrong then they work independently as seen there.
