Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls managed to do okay despite the "OMG 1+2<12!" logic.  Final Fantasy Anthologies and Chronicles did fine too with the "correct" numbering.  So I'm sure this will be fine.  The Final Fantasy fanbase is strong enough that even if the mainstream gets all confused this game will still sell really well.  Hell anyone who can understand the naming of Final Fantasy X-2 should have no problems with this.

Is anyone else blown away by the level of detail in those Mario Bball screens?  Those character models look amazing, and even on that huge screen, I see no pixel.

I was thinking the same thing. They look more like GCN than N64...

Should I start a topic for the new Wario game about to be released or just bump an old topic that mentions the game and has a hilarious comic about Ian?

I guess I've answered my question. Poor Ian. This might be his lasting legacy on the site but I couldn't help myself. It was just so hilarious at the time and is still good for a laugh. Funny, these days, Ian actually isn't that bad. He has calmed down quite abit. But, I'm getting happily sidetracked.

Yes, the real reason for this bump (since Unclebob and ThePerm seem to have taken a break on their bumping duties) is to just see what people are thinking about the new Wario: Master of Disguise game. For whatever reason, I've been really excited waiting for this game to come out.

Unfortunately, IGN put a bit of a damper on the whole thing by giving it a 6 out of 10. Now, I think they might be a bit off base here but I'm interested to see what NWR has to say about it and everyone else.

I don't normally buy games when they come out right away since I find I can always get them cheaper if I wait a bit. (I've become addicted to video game bargin hunting.) I was really thinking about making an exception for this game but I'm thinking I'll wait again now and see what people's impressions are.

EDIT: Jonny just posted a news story that Wario is now for sale. Looks like its time to sit back and let the impressions pour in.

Except it no longer exists.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I was going by the Infernal Monkey comic. The Ian has hit a new low comment. That link still works for me. I can't remember what the other comic was and that is the one with the dead link.
