UK VC games on Australian Wii's

Looks like Australian gamers are able to download Turbo games even though the Turbo was never released in Australia.

For those Australian's interested all they need to do is change the country location on their Wii's to United Kingdom and they will be able to access and download VC games from the UK servers.  I wonder how long it will be before Nintendo Australia addresses this issue.  Im sure the OFLC will have something to say about this.
